Senior BA & Product Manager - Front-Office Trading

Job#: 3034409 Job Description: Business Analyst - Product Manager Location: New York City, New York (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview The Execution Services Platform team is seeking a Business Analyst, SVP. This role supports application development for over 150 critical applications, including Order Management, Execution, Pricing, and Risk & PnL Platforms. The position involves technology management for Foreign Exchange (FX), Buy-Side Trading, Regulatory Reporting, Markets Insight, and Fixed Income & Equities businesses. Key Responsibilities Manage projects and vendors, including book of work coordination using JIRA, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations teams. Handle detailed requirements documentation for front-office projects. Oversee hands-on implementations, such as OMS installations, migrations, and integrations. Manage trade and market data using database and SQL skills. Lead a small team, ensuring project delivery and managing client expectations. Required Qualifications Experience: 15+ years of experience in the Finance industry is required, with specific experience in front-office projects (buy-side/sell-side). Technical Skills: Subject matter expertise in Equities and/or Fixed Income asset classes and end-to-end trade workflow. Experience with Order Management Systems (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Flextrade, Fidessa, TS Imagine). Knowledge of the FIX protocol. Proficiency with database/SQL for trade and market data management. Exposure to trading venues such as TradeWeb, MarketAxess, or Bloomberg (BBG). Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $124.00 per hour.
