Driver

Responsibilities:

Safely transport residents to and from appointments, social events, and within the community
Maintain clean and safe vehicles, adhering to strict maintenance and safety protocols
Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, and families, providing exceptional customer service
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication

Requirements:

Clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug test and background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
