Sales Engineering Manager

Leading a team of Sales Engineers, the full-time remote Manager, Sales Engineering will coach and develop high-performing team members, collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute strategies, and act as a technical expert in digital dentistry to drive sales success. Key responsibilities Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor Sales Engineers to ensure they meet performance expectations Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align Sales Engineering efforts with revenue goals Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and demonstration techniques Required qualifications 1+ years of management experience 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role within the dental space Proven track record of success in exceeding targets through technical sales support Deep understanding of digital dentistry and the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively BA/BS degree preferred
