Job Description:

rovide technical support for Microsoft Teams, including chat, meetings, calling, and collaboration functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Teams connectivity, audio/video, login, and performance issues.

Diagnose client-side and service-related issues across Microsoft 365 environments.

Support Teams configuration, user access, permissions, and policy-related issues.

Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.

Manage support tickets, incident documentation, and escalations in accordance with SLAs.

Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and Microsoft 365 teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Assist with Microsoft Teams deployment, updates, and user onboarding.

Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Provide clear communication and timely updates to end users and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience in technical support, IT service desk, or enterprise application support.

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications.

Understanding of Teams meetings, calling, chat, and collaboration features.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, DNS, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive integration with Teams.

Experience with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.

Understanding of enterprise collaboration environments and ITIL-based support processes.
