As the HR Manager, you'll be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support plant operations. This role oversees all core HR functionsincluding employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffingto ensure a positive employee experience and strong organizational performance.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring legal compliance, promoting a high?performance culture, and providing guidance on HR best practices and emerging trends. This role reports directly to the HR Director, with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Solid communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to present to large groups
- Solid analytical and problem?solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Preferred:
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Master's degree
