Recruiter

Pacer Staffing seeks a Recruiter for a 1-year temporary contract in Ogden, UT (onsite) , managing full-cycle recruiting and candidate coordination. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions Post roles across job boards, company websites, and social media Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search , plus other sourcing tools Coordinate interviews , collect feedback, and support offer management Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in ATS/HRIS systems Track recruiting metrics , manage multiple openings, and recommend process improvements Ensure employment law compliance and maintain candidate confidentiality Support onboarding coordination and recruiting events as needed Requirements Talent acquisition experience : 5 years required Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferred; 3+ years desirable ) Current college students are eligible for submission Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, and sourcing tools Strong communication , organization , time management , and candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work independently in a fast-paced environment Technologies ATS/HRIS systems LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search Preferred Skills Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Strong sourcing , stakeholder management , and reporting skills AIRS , PHR , or SHRM-CP certification (plus) Compensation USD 25 - 30 per hour Application Question Do you have experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search , LinkedIn Recruiter , and job boards ? #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacer Staffing LLC
