Assistant Nurse Manager - Ambulatory OBGYN

About This Role The Assistant Nurse Manager will monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics and oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers. This role is ideal for a compassionate caregiver looking to join a supportive team dedicated to quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $78,000.00 - $119,392.00 Location: Beachwood, OH Facility: Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center Schedule: Full-time, Variable shifts What You'll Do Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting. Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care. Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues. Ensure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education. Perform duties of the RN (Registered Nurse) Ambulatory as needed. Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care. Participate and/or coordinate committees, task forces, and continuous improvement activities. Participate in department leadership meetings. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. Participate in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement. Requirements Education: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required Experience: 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse required; previous supervisory experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
