Manufacturing Process EngineerSynQor seeks a recent Engineering Bachelor's Degree graduate for the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for providing engineering support to high volume manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and assembly process and methods to obtain maximum productivity levelsIdentify and implement cost reductionsTroubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipmentInstruct, help, guide, and mentor operatorsRecommend engineering design changes as neededDevelop and maintain process work instructionsData collection and analysis to drive continuous process improvement and root cause corrective actionProcess control and process improvement activitiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical)1 - 3 years of experience preferredRequired Skills:Basic understanding of manufacturing processes used in the electronics manufacturing industry.
