Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from elementary through high school
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, to support student goals
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of assessments and intervention outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical knowledge to the multidisciplinary team
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families to facilitate integrated support in the classroom
