Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Wisconsin

Location: Central Wisconsin

Schedule: Surgical team support; schedule details available upon inquiry

Highlights:

• Assist surgical teams with exposure, hemostasis, closure, and technical tasks during procedures
• Work directly with surgeons to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment including pneumatic tourniquets, electrocautery, and endoscopy systems
• Participate in patient positioning, wound closure, drainage system management, and sterile field preparation

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Completion of an accredited RN First Assistant (RNFA) program or other recognized first-assisting education program
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire
• 1+ years of operating room or surgical experience preferred
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
