A hospital located near Savannah, GA is looking to hire a full-time, permanent Laboratory Director to join their team. Details are below.

Salary: $89,000 - $111,000/annually

Laboratory Director Opportunity:

• Provides direct supervision of the operation of the Clinical Laboratory and technical oversight of point of care testing.
  
• Responsible for achievement of Clinical Laboratory compliance with accreditation standards, GDCH and OSHA guidelines.
  
• Responsible for application of future technologies and processes that will continue to provide best possible outcomes for patients, caregivers, and the financial viability of the organization.
  
• Responsible for the provision of an adequate supply of blood and blood products.
  
• Laboratory Director will report to the CNO
  

Laboratory Director Qualifications:

• Clinical competence in Medical Technology.
  
• Laboratory Director must have ASCP or AMT
  
• Concentration in medical technology or related field preferred.
  
• Three to five years’ experience in laboratory management or related field
