Residential Care Specialist — Hands-On Support
Signature Health, Inc.
Signature Health, Inc. seeks a Residential Care Specialist to support clients in a licensed facility. You will assist with daily living, meals, activities, transportation, and medication self-administration, while documenting activities in the electronic health record. You will work under supervision with the clinical team to reinforce treatment plans, monitor resident wellbeing, and participate in team meetings.
