Retail Sales Lead: Guest Experience & Coaching
DXL Group
DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder to build lasting relationships with guests by delivering an unmatched shopping experience. You will drive sales through product knowledge and coaching, in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers base pay with commissions and eligibility for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits for associates working required hours, including health and retirement options.
