Front of House Manager

Position Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and floor coverage during peak, high-volume periods. Manage employee scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development to foster a positive, cohesive team environment. Maintain active floor presence, engaging with guests, supporting service, and stepping in wherever needed across operations. Drive operational decisions independently, utilizing Toast POS and OpenTable platforms to streamline daily logistics. Adapt communication styles effectively to engage diverse guests, staff, and leadership. Position Requirements Proven management experience in high-volume casual, sports, upscale, or brewery/taproom dining environments. Passion for the hospitality industry with a clear desire for career progression toward a General Manager position. Strong decision-making skills, high emotional intelligence, and a self-driven, autonomous work ethic. Flexibility to manage shifting floor volumes and adapt to diverse operational structures. Strong background in staff training, scheduling, and floor leadership.
