All requested time off (RTO) must be included in the initial submission.Description: Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health. The position requires Home Health experience, although all PTA experience will be considered. Shift availability is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must possess a valid BLS certification. The job requires experience with charting systems. The daily patient census is expected to be around 6 patients, with 6 visits per day. An attendance policy is in place; if more than two shifts are missed without reasonable explanation, the contract may be reviewed for cancellation. Recent experience with EPIC is preferred but not required. Candidates will take a Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and a Moderate Sedation Test on the first day oriented. Successful passage of these tests is required to continue employment. Compliance documents must be submitted prior to the start date.
