Compensation Package

• Base Salary : Starting at $50,000 annually.
• Commission : 40% on new business and 30% on renewals.
• Additional Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.
• Work Environment : Flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, or remote) based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure new business opportunities in the employee benefits sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage accounts ranging from 22 to 200 lives, with varying account sizes and policies.
• Collaborate with branch managers and other team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Travel to meet with clients as needed to provide personalized service and support.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and training program to ensure success in the role.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with EPIC software preferred.
• Skills : Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Soft Skills : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Work Environment : Newer producers are expected to work onsite, while seasoned professionals may have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
