The RN:Works in a combined unit of medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, nursery, and swing bed patients.Performs assessments and provides care to patients of all ages in order to develop a plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and other health care providers.Coordinates services and interventions identified in care plans.Evaluates the patient's response to, and progress toward, their optimal patient experience and outcomes.Is committed to patient and family centered care.What You OfferCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota.The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with patients and families, peers, physicians and other health care professionals.Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Work ScheduleTwo positions available.Position 1 - Block SchedulePart-time, 36 hours per biweekly pay period12-hour shifts, rotating days and nightsIncludes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidaysPrior OB experience preferredPosition 2 - Non-Block SchedulePart-time, 36 hours per biweekly pay period12-hour shifts, rotating days and nightsIncludes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidaysWhat We OfferPeople join Perham Health for the opportunities and stay because of the culture.
