Overview
Join our dynamic medical team as a Front Desk Associate and become the welcoming face of our practice! In this role, you will be the first point of contact our patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help maintain an efficient office flow and support daily operations.
Hours
M: 9am-7pm
T: 9am-5pm
W: Off
Th: 9am-7pm
F: 9am-5pm
S: 2 Saturdays each month, 7am-12pm
We are looking for full-time, but part-time availability may be considered.
Pay is based on industry experience.
Duties
- Greet and check in patients
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and handle front desk coordination
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Post payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed
Experience
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred
- Medical experience a plus
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
