Electrical Construction Supervisor

Responsibleforsupervisingallelectricalconstructionactivitiesfortheproject,includinghigh-,medium-,andlow-voltageelectricalsystems,aswellascontrolandinstrumentation.Theroleisresponsibleforensuringthatprojectobjectivesrelatedtoschedule,budget,quality,andsafetyareachievedinaccordancewithapplicablelocalandinternationalstandardsandspecifications.TheElectricalConstructionSupervisorproactivelyidentifies,monitors,andmitigatesprojectriskswhilepromotingasafeworkenvironmentandminimizingthepotentialforaccidentsaffectingpersonnel,equipment,facilities,andtheenvironment. MainResponsibilities CollaboratecloselywiththeConstructionManagertoensureprojectmilestonesareachievedaccordingtotheprojectschedulebyverifyingthatcontractorsprovideadequatestaffing,technicalresources,andequipmentwhilemaintainingprojectbudgetobjectives. ProvidedirectsupervisionandleadershipintheimplementationandenforcementofEnvironmental,Health&Safety(EHS)policies,procedures,andindustrybestpractices,withtheobjectiveofachievingzeroincidentsandensuringenvironmentalcompliance. EnsurecompliancewiththeQualityManagementSystem(QMS)forallelectricalinstallationsandpowerdistributionsystemsbywitnessinginstallationactivities,reviewinginspectionandtestplans(ITPs),verifyingfabricationandinstallationprotocols,andvalidatingmaterialcertificationsandservicedocumentation. Fostercollaborationandteamworkacrossmultidisciplinaryprojectteamstoresolvetechnicalandoperationalissuesthroughinitiative,accountability,adaptability,andeffectivecommunication. Demonstratethehigheststandardsofethics,professionalism,andsocialresponsibilitywhilemaintainingrespectfulrelationshipswithcontractors,projectpersonnel,andcompanyrepresentatives,promotingtheorganization\'scorevaluesandprofessionalconduct. WorkjointlywiththeConstructionManagerthroughoutallphasesofprojectplanningandexecution,ensuringcommitmentsaremet,identifyingscheduleorcostdeviationsearly,andrecommendingcontingencyplanstomitigateprojectrisks. Maintainaccurateprojectrecordsbypreparingandissuingofficialcommunicationsdocumentingprojectprogress,constructionactivities,andanyissuesordelaysencounteredduringexecution. Monitorandpreventunauthorizedorunapprovedextracoststhatfalloutsidetheoriginalcontractscope. Prepareandissueformaldocumentationrelatedtochangeordersandextraworkrequestsaftertheyhavebeenreviewed,evaluated,andapprovedbytheappropriatecompanyrepresentatives. Participateinallrequiredtraininganddevelopmentprogramsthroughoutthedurationoftheproject. ImmediatelyreportanyimminentsafetyhazardstotheCompany\'sEHSrepresentativeandtakedecisiveleadershipactionstoeliminateunsafeconditionsbeforeworkcontinues. IncoordinationwiththeConstructionManager,takeallnecessaryactionstoensureprojectobjectivesrelatedtoschedule,quality,andexecutionareachieved,whileimmediatelycommunicatinganydeviationstotheappropriatestakeholders. Exercisesoundleadershipandprofessionaljudgmenttomaintainpositiveworkingrelationshipsamongallprojectparticipants.Avoidunilateraldecision-makingandpromptlyreportanyinappropriateconductorconflictstotheConstructionManagerbeforetakingcorrectiveactions. Minimumofthree(3)yearsofprovenexperiencesupervisinghigh-,medium-,andlow-voltageelectricalinstallations,includingcontrolandinstrumentationsystemswithinindustrialenvironments.Experienceincementmanufacturing,powergeneration,oil&gas,orheavyindustrialprocessplantsishighlypreferred. ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Excel,Word,PowerPoint),AutoCAD,andstandardsoftwareusedfortechnicaldocumentationandprojectreporting.
