Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Background in pediatric and school-based settings highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload from elementary to middle school students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 settings.
• Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation.
• Attend IEP and team meetings as needed, both virtually and on-site.
