Corporate Account Specialist

Corporate Account Specialist Fashion Furniture Rental is currently seeking a full‑time corporate account specialist for our San Diego location. The role involves providing excellent customer service to existing corporate housing clients, managing all activity, and building long‑lasting relationships. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service to our existing corporate housing clients Working with dispatch and warehouse teams daily Activity management with fulfilling requests and resolving challenges for accounts Daily problem solving with upper management to ensure the daily activities run smoothly Administrative duties and data entry such as: building leases, scheduling activity on daily routes Knowledge of inventory and identifying ongoing inventory challenges Reviewing floor plans prior to delivery to ensure furniture selected fits well in unit Show a willingness to do whatever's needed to support our team Requirements: Ability to work MondayFriday (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Customer service experience Must possess excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational skills Applicants should have exceptional verbal and written skills, specifically the ability to coordinate multiple activities for numerous accounts and feel confident and comfortable working with clients over the phone Candidate must maintain a willingness and ability to learn and understand our products and procedures. Attention to detail Able to multitask with changing priorities and deadlines Effective time management Must be computer savvy; experience with MS Outlook and Office required 2-5 years of inside sales experience preferred. Prior property management or rental industry experience a plus Design or merchandising experience a plus Retail sales experience a plus Compensation: D.O.E. $24-$26 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
