Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant General Manager role based in Dana Point, CA. The Restaurant General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and monitoring inventory and ordering supplies. The role includes managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency. The Restaurant General Manager also leads hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Ability to manage P&L performance and budgeting to meet financial and operational goals Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with a commitment to high hospitality standards Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing restaurant team members Previous experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor, preferably in a fast-paced, casual dining environment Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work on-site, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in health, sanitation, and workplace safety Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Nectarine Grove
