Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.
• Assess clients' needs and customize treatments to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room to uphold spa standards.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Promote spa services and products to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
