Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)- MUST HOLD ACTIVE CERTIFICATION!! Orange County | Hybrid / Field-Based $65,000 – $75,000 annually + incentives Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full‑time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and continue developing your skills—with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you. Role Structure The role is currently primarily a 2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT). As the company continues to grow, there may be a future transition to a 3-tier model (BCBA + mid-level + BT/RBT), but at this time it remains a 2-tier structure.
