Family Services Specialist - Support Families & Visitation

Addus Home Care is seeking a Family Service Specialist to help families navigate DCFS programs such as Family Habilitation Services, Visitation and Housing. You will support households in crisis, document progress, and assist with transportation for supervised or unsupervised visits in home settings.
