Description

What You'll Do

• Safely deliver and pick up medical equipment and supplies
• Set up equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities
• Teach patients and caregivers how to properly use equipment
• Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer interaction
• Accurately document deliveries, services, and customer information

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs and handle large equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in delivery, healthcare, or customer-facing roles
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
• Experience working in patient homes or healthcare environments

Work Environment & Schedule
