Job Overview A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney in Wall Township, NJ. The role involves supporting litigation functions, coordinating workstreams, and mentoring legal staff to ensure high-quality deliverables. The attorney will manage case inventories, maintain deadline controls, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Understand litigation requirements and translate them into operational strategies. Maintain deadline controls and ensure escalation protocols are followed. Drive filing readiness by ensuring documentation supports timely decisions. Deliver a client experience based on trust, empathy, and insight. Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers. Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols. Manage post-filing litigation requirements, including discovery and trial preparation. Collaborate to develop efficient procedures and improve workflows. Mentor and train legal support staff to enhance procedural knowledge. Qualifications Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to build trust and engage clients professionally. Function effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Work independently while collaborating with teams. Strong understanding of federal and state litigation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. JD required. Certification: admission to at least one U.S. state bar required. Experience with complex litigation preferred. Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
