Registered Nurse - ICU

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, delivering advanced treatment and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for managing complex medical conditions in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions continuously and modify care plans accordingly. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and operate advanced ICU equipment. Perform bedside procedures such as arterial and central line insertions, and manage airway care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated care strategies. Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record. Respond promptly to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills. Qualifications: Hold an active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of current ICU experience. Obtain BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications. Prefer candidates with Meditech experience, CVICU/CTICU, or post-operative open-heart surgery experience. Demonstrate proficiency in bedside procedures, ventilator management, and drip titrations. Exhibit strong teamwork, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
