DDD Ambassador/Recruiter

Salary: 50k-65k Prestige Home Care is seeking a Community Care Ambassador who is passionate, caring and supportive, to provide service and support to individuals with disabilities and help them integrate in the community. If you have previous experience working with developmentally disabled adults in Support Coordination or Care Management roles we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Recruit and train staff according to DDD guidelines and well as Prestige's curriculum Establish and maintain a positive rapport with referring agency personnel in order to build productive, consistently high referral numbers.
