Senior Analyst - Business Systems

Job Description The Senior Analyst – Business Systems is responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting business applications that automate manual processes and enhance reporting capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities Analyze business processes, gather business and technical requirements, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement Design, develop, test, and support solutions using .NET, SQL, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and databases (SQL Server) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure data accuracy and system reliability Create test cases and support QA processes using tools such as Zephyr Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage work, documentation, and project tracking Provide ad-hoc reporting and data insights to support business decision-making Lead initiatives and effectively engage stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics, or related field 4–6 years of experience developing and implementing business systems and technology solutions 3–5 years of experience gathering business and technical requirements Experience with .NET, SQL, and RPA tools (e.g., UI Path, MS Power Automate) Experience with pricing, SPA, or replacement cost applications required Familiarity with Unified Sales Desk platforms preferred Experience with testing tools (e.g., Zephyr) and workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences Experience in project management, software implementation, and working within cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to travel up to 25% Compensation Compensation Details: $81,753 - $138,980 Annually This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
