We welcome individuals who grow personally and professionally and share our core values. Job Title Customer Fulfillment Center Manager Department and Reporting Commercial Business. Reports To: Commercial Fulfillment, Sourcing & Operations Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support all facets of online, inside, and field-based sales requiring customer fulfillment and service outside our normal retail operating model. Manage fulfillment center operations, including handling incoming orders, picking, packing, and delivering product to customer sites. Reorder and restock product as needed. Ensure correct ringing of sales to any store with an account being fulfilled through the Fulfillment Center. Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and leading the Fulfillment Center team. Coordinate with store general managers and the Business Development Manager to grow sales based on realization of sales opportunities. Maintain regular contact with commercial customers via phone, email, online, and deliveries to grow sales based on customer needs and overall demand cycle. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School or GED equivalent required. Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and business fundamentals. Refined interpersonal skills, solid negotiating and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration. Motivational skills to encourage internal and external performance. Excellent communication, written and verbal, attention to detail, and follow-up. Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Flexible work hours and willingness to travel as required. Valid driver’s license and good driving history. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb.
