Drivers typically work for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and drive a company-provided delivery van. Drivers are responsible for loading packages into the delivery vehicle, following delivery routes using a handheld device, delivering packages, taking delivery confirmation photos, and providing professional customer service.
