in need of a good, reliable Recruiter asap. Our recruiter is going to be out at least until the 2 nd of January 2027 and possibly longer due t medical issues. This position may turn into a permanent role if she does not return. Attached is the job description. The pay will be $23/hr., hours are M – F 8:30 am to 5 p.m. with an unpaid hour for lunch. Dress is business casual and we are allowed to wear jeans on Fridays, however no rips, tears or holes are allowed.
need someone dependable, who will work their schedule, not get involved with drama/gossip, do their job and go home. No nonsense. I don’t have time for it and we are a very busy HR dept. and recruitment is constant. I need someone with at least 2 years recruitment experience, with experience with all positions from management roles to maintenance and who thinks outside the box when it comes to recruitment. They must have full life cycle onboarding experience as well which will include after hired, complete new hire orientation, follow through with new hire paperwork to include benefits administration, data entry of onboarding paperwork, and able to keep up internal payroll changes timely with our finance dept. who completes our biweekly payroll. There may be some assistance with HR related projects, however I will make sure they have recruitment covered first.
