We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV. This position offers a work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000 .

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Collaborating with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate healthcare.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, holding a Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
This position is designed for full-time employees, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. Please note that certain benefits may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week, and restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, job classification, and tenure.
