ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned, including weekend work.

Maintain security of guest equipment stored on site.

• Account for and organize guest equipment.
• Deliver for tune ups as requested and ensure that equipment is secured after service is complete.
• Have excellent attitude.
• Great customer service skills
• Other duties as assigned.
• Sell and fulfill lift tickets, season passes and express cards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must enjoy working and interacting with the public
• Ability to multi task
• Must be over 14 years of age
• Excellent computer skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

Requires knowledge of computer hardware, word-processing, spreadsheet, and data base software, prefer experience with Microsoft Office. Requires knowledge of business letter writing and business forms; office procedures, business English, including vocabulary, correct grammatical usage and punctuation, filing systems; and common office machines and their operation.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, members of the business community and fellow resort employees. Ability to effectively present information.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
