Market Financial Center Manager

Job Overview This role serves as a backup financial center leader within a market, responsible for overseeing operations in the absence of the assigned financial center manager and acting as a market‑level resource. Responsibilities Operates as a backup financial center leader within a market. Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention. Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching. Creates a world‑class client experience environment. Manages market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders. Drives operational excellence and ensures all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively. Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results through effective team management, structure, and routines. Required Qualifications 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team. Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals. Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction. Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability. Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue, convey genuine interest in building/deepening relationships, and provide personalized service. Strong organizational skills managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing, and delegating while delivering results. Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening. Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market. Desired Qualifications 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports. Experience in Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality industries. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
