Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic worker in Millbury, MA. 

• Shift: 6- 4:30pm 
• Pay: $34-35

Responsibilities:

Join a specialized small team in a cleanroom, photonics manufacturing environment. Responsible for cross-functional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of precision machines and facilities equipment.

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production and facilities equipment to minimize downtime
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of maintenance with production management
• Install and facilitate new equipment integrations
• Manage and liaise with outside contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Procure necessary materials and supplies
• Document all maintenance activities and update standard operating procedures
• Communicate equipment and facility status
• Manage and improve facility-wide preventive maintenance programs using data analysis
• Support occasional off-hours emergency repairs or maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an equipment/facilities technician in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with semiconductor industry equipment, including e-beam systems (CHA), CNC machines, DISCO dicing saws, wet chemical etching, vacuum systems, and PLC logic controllers preferred
• Non-slip work shoes required (no steel toe)

• CHA Electron beam evaporation systems
• DISCO Dicing machines
• CNC (3-5 axis)
• Wet chemical etching systems
• Thick film screen printing machines
• Photo patterning equipment (laminating, exposure, development)
• Electrolytic plating lines
• High-temperature furnaces
• Air handlers, compressors, filtration units
