Job Description CSTRONG, a sister company to TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical, is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator! This role is designed for someone who wants to learn marketing by working on real projects, not just watching tutorials or managing one small task. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team supporting multiple brands and learning how marketing actually works in the real world. This is a mentored role with regular guidance, feedback, and support. You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own. Job Responsibilities Assisting with landing pages, offers, and lead generation campaigns Learning how ads, pages, follow-up, and sales fit together Helping review and improve marketing performance Supporting marketing projects across different brands and industries Learning how to spot what’s working, what’s not, and why You’ll be learning marketing from the inside, not just executing tasks.
