Job Title: Welder

Pay: $25/hour depending on experience

Shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience and skill level. The role involves working a steady day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility of starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM if needed.

Responsibilities

• Weld to create structural frames that are customizable depending on the client's needs.
• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings with minimal supervision.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on stainless and carbon steel.
• Collaborate with shop leads to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout builds.
• Fit and weld ASME pressure vessels, skids, and customer assemblies to specifications.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
• 1+ years of blueprint and layout experience.
• 1+ years of working with stainless steel and carbon steel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication and fitting.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings with minimal supervision.
• Experience with flux core and structural steel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellwood City, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
