In this Electrical Sales role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, guiding homeowners through electrical upgrades, repairs, and safety solutions. This is a role for professionals who take pride in their craft and their customer experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES
In-home consultations with customers to provide estimates and solutions for Whole-home re-wires, Electrical service changes, Generator installations & More complex residential electrical needs
Following Cardinals proven sales process to build trust and offer tailored options
Clearly communicating technical solutions in a way homeowners understand
Working closely with our install and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
Experience in estimating electrical projects (field or sales background)
A passion for educating customers - not pressuring them
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology for scheduling, CRM notes, and estimates
A valid drivers license and clean driving record
An active Electrical license is NOT required - but a strong understanding of the work absolutely is.

BENEFITS
$120,000+ uncapped commission position. Based on a target sales of $2 million per year.
