This role will assist in designing and developing dashboards, delivering reports to various business functions, and contributing to HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and an interest in people analytics. *Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. ** This role requires on-site presence at one of our offices located in Sunnyvale, CA;Pittsburgh, PA; Draper, UT; Toronto, CAN; Argentina Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze people data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Use creative problem-solving to inform business strategy and HR initiatives. • Dashboard Design & Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to present data insights clearly and effectively. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. • Process Documentation: Outline, document, and refine processes related to data analytics, including data sharing, usage, and related use cases. • HR Project Contribution: Support HR projects such as Employee Listening, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning by providing data-driven insights and analysis. • Data Architecture & Compliance: Implement improvements to data architecture and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding data collection and sharing. • Training & Best Practices: Lead training sessions for users on best practices for utilizing people data and data visualization tools to enhance data-driven decision-making. • Ad Hoc Data Requests: Manage ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders and develop self-service solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, ability to create complex formulas, pivot-tables, lookups, etc. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner. • Familiarity with people and talent acquisition data, including understanding HR metrics and KPIs. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various business functions. • Experience in outlining and documenting data processes and use cases. • Understanding of data compliance and regulatory requirements related to data collection and sharing. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc data requests efficiently. • Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus.
