The Opportunity Full-time chair, 34+ hours a week. Color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, extensions: whatever you love doing, you'll do it here. Passionate about razor cutting or extensions? Huge plus. Want more beyond the chair? We also offer editorial and photoshoot opportunities, in-salon education and teaching, and mentoring junior stylists. These are there if you want them, not required. The Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday. A 4-day work week with optional Sundays. Full-time income, built-in balance. What We're Looking For Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license 2+ years of salon experience Strong color and cutting skills; balayage and highlights are your happy place Extensions experience preferred (not required); alternative hair solutions a plus A love of fashion and style. You look and dress the part. Esthetics matter to us.
