What you'll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school environment preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes, goal setting, and progress measurement
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs and learning styles

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
• Develop individualized intervention plans in alignment with educational goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to provide recommendations and strategies for classroom adaptations
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, assessments, and progress
