Call Center Associate

Full-time, non-exempt position providing effective inbound call service to new and existing members, providers and customers through a VoIP system. Transfer incoming calls to extensions, voicemail or cellular devices as necessary. Workweek is Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. No weekends or holidays are required of this position. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate, or equivalent Ability to listen and speak courteously Literacy abilities Skills with MSOffice software products Ability to sit 80-90% of a workday Ability to use a headset or MiTel software program on screen to answer calls and execute call distribution Background and reference checks will be conducted.
