What You'll Do

• Deliver advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU setting
• Manage critically ill and premature newborns, supporting 1,4001,500 admissions annually
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and multidisciplinary team members
• Support stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care planning for complex neonatal patients
• Participate in clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice
• Engage in a dynamic, well-supported environment dedicated to innovation and compassionate care
• Contribute to the growth and excellence of one of the nation's leading NICU programs
• Provide mentorship to new or less experienced staff as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Georgia Nursing License & Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Experience or training in neonatal or pediatric critical care preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced NICU environment
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
