The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Public Area/House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You'll Do

The Public Area/House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and restrooms. This role ensures all areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, consistently meeting Four Seasons standards to support a safe, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep
• Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, doors, and other public fixtures are clean and free of marks
• Clean and maintain service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms through sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Remove trash and debris from all assigned public and back-of-house areas
• Inspect and clean lobby restrooms throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well maintained
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and guest amenities
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in public spaces, offering assistance in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide directions and answer general guest questions to support a welcoming lobby experience

What to Bring

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred.
