Bookkeeping Payroll and Billing Assistant

Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeping, Payroll and Billing Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting the company bookkeeper with payroll tasks, home health and counseling billing, accounts payable and receivable and human resources.

Responsibilities:

Help with processing weekly and monthly billing for all programs
Help with processing bi-weekly payroll for 100-125 employees
Help maintain client charts and employee files
Assist with employee benefits enrollment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bookkeeping, payroll and billing is necessary
Experience using Quickbooks
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Proficiency in using multiple data bases and websites
