Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - LPN Shift: Day, 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, no on call. Length: 13 weeks Requirements: TN/compact license Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as an LPN Home health experience BLS HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred Other Details: EMR: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis Home health role — visits to patients' homes, group homes, and ALFs.
