In this role, you'll pack UPS orders, strap boxes onto wooden pallets, operate a forklift for picking, use an RF scanner, and assist with general computer tasks as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly in English, has reliable transportation and strong attendance, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

The daily grind (aka what you'll do): load, unload, sort, and move product by hand or with equipment pick, pack, and prep items so every order ships right use handheld scanners to track product stay on your feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and keep pace all shift follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear show up steady and put in a real day's work pay attention details make the difference be open to learning and improving every shift work side by side with your crew no drama, just teamwork flex for different shifts or overtime when needed experience with ERP systems & RF scanners required
