General Function: Release and update internal shop orders. Provide lead times to internal customers. Track, monitor, and update shortages and communicate those with other departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Release and update internal work orders
• Review and react to expedite and de-expedite requirements for shop orders and raw material purchases
• Work with Sourcing to outsource and insource as needed for capacity, and ensure decisions consider pricing and delivery
• Process Add/Deletes
• Review Change Orders, make determinations on actions needed and send out action item notifications
• Promote continuous improvement methods relative to scheduling/planning
• Understand MRP logic, manufacturing capabilities and limitations, to determine how capacities and lead times are calculated in the business enterprise system
• Understand capacity constraints by process/work center and assess capacity risk
• Ensure lead times are accurate and maintained in ERP system
• Monitor and report shortages
• Review planning parameters and make recommendations on updates and systematic changes
• Monitor Spares report and keep updated

Education: High School Diploma required Bachelor of Science in Business or related field is preferred

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Manufacturing environment Work Arrangement : Onsite Pay Range: $55,000 - $62,000 annually Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
